Britton Falkner, MAI

Britton is the owner, broker, and chief appraiser of The Falkner Firm. He has been a Real Property Appraiser since 2013 and a Real Estate Agent since 2014.

Britton is a MAI member of the Appraisal Institute and is a licensed Real Estate Agent/Broker. Britton also has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama.

Prior to becoming a Real Property Appraiser and Real Estate Agent, Britton worked in hotel and restaurant management for 5 years and as a multifamily property manager for 2 years. Britton also has 3 years of gas station/ convenience store management.

Rhonda Pickett

Rhonda has been a Real Property Appraiser since 2020.

Rhonda has a Bachelors Degree in Comprehensive Education from Troy State University.

Prior to becoming a Real Property Appraiser, Rhonda worked in education for 26 years.

Derek  Munro

Derek has been  a Real Property Appraiser since 2020.

Derek has a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire.

Prior to becoming a Real Property Appraiser, Derek  worked for 7 years in legal affairs for a multi-national healthcare and managed-care organization.
